Lapointe.<br \/>\nFran\u00e7ois\u2019s son Conrad joined the business in 1936, helping it grow and install a total of 5,000 wells by 1972.<br \/>\nThat same year, a third Lapointe generation brought their values of modernization and innovation to the table.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 34px; font-weight: normal;\">Conquering New Horizons<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Soon after joining the company, Conrad\u2019s sons Andr\u00e9 and Gilles launched new businesses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les Pompes Lapointe et Fr\u00e8res, a turn-key solutions provider for individuals<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/foragefte.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FTE Drilling<\/a> an extension of the company\u2019s operations in Canada, Africa and South America<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In 1992, F. Lapointe et fils welcomed Les Pompes Lapointe et Fr\u00e8res under its banner.
